Fill User Existing User Home Directories

I am trying to make a DMG with Composer for Airserver, and the serial for Airserver get's installed to the ~/Library/Preferences folder of the account that I am building the DMG with. I know of the "Fill Existing User Home Directories" check box in Casper Admin for the DMG, but it doesn't seem to do anything. When I run the policy in Self Service, it still installs the plist file to my admin user account, not any of the other users on the machine (including the one I am running the Self Service installer from). How do I get the plist to fill the other user homes with that plist?

For the most part, those checkboxes in Casper Admin are default options. Default options can be overridden in specific policies. I suspect that you need to update your Self Service policy to FEU (checkbox on packages tab) for this package.
