Forticlient VPN Profile - Automatically import

I am trying to automatically import the Forticlient VPN Profile. I believe I found the file (/Library/Application Support/Fortinet/FortiClient/conf/vpn.plist) to replace. Every time I replace it, the file is overwritten and creates a new vpn.plist. Is this the correct file to replace?

I also tried to create a package in "Jamf Composer" with the VPN Profile saved but that didn't work as well

I'm pushing the client and config as separate package in the same policy.
In the composer create a package to install the plist.
The client package is only the install.mpkg.
