Hello all.
We have the standard GSX login service from Apple, website lookup, Parts
order etc. Not the Self-Service Agreement with certification.
Filled out this request form:

Then apple emailed us back with a request for more information which
looked like this:
Sold to: My company information
Who you are logging in as: What account welog into GSX with
How you are authenticating: password authentication
XML Session ID and Error reference tag: org.apache.wsif.WSIFException:
Cannot get part 'AuthenticateReturn'. Part
was not found in message (this was the error we were seeing in the JSS)
Reference and Response: JAMF Software told us that we needed Web Services
Access in order for this to work properly.
After filling this out in my reply, the enabled WebServices API and now
GSX lookup (Mass Edit and single lookup) works for us. Yeah!
