Google Chrome - Intel vs M1 Versions

Google has released two version of their latest Chrome Browser. You can keep using the version compiled for Intel chips or switch to the "Universal" version that runs on M1 chips but also runs on Intel chips.

Not sure the advantage of switching besides only having to worry about one version if you have M1 machines, but my question is about if there is any way to tell them apart. I know the M1 Universal version is larger because it needs to run on two processors but comparing size does not work. Chrome when it updates can keep older versions within itself so the size varies.

I have them both downloaded and the only way I can tell them apart is to look at Get Info. It shows is as, Kind: Application (Universal).

Hopefully I am just missing something I haven't discovered yet.
