GSX login problem

Hi,

Does anybody have encountered the message "GSX Lookup problem: Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. If this message persists, please contact GSX support via the help function."?

If yes, what did you do about it?

I tried different computers but the most failed. I have one MacBook Pro who's allows me to access GSX. But I have to access GSX via my iMac from work. I already tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox... It makes no difference. Started with a new user also no difference...

Does anybody have a clue about this problem?
