GSX searches

I have the exact issue as Eric. My GSX searches in the JSS give me:

org.apache.wsif.WSIFException: Cannot get part 'AuthenticateReturn'. Part was not found in message

We also have a valid account with Apple.

This isn't some network firewall issue is it? Can't communicate with a server off-site?

Well I can get to the standard GSX page via HTTP so I'm not sure.
