Good Morning,
I have been very frustrated with this bug. Having to reset devices constantly due to hanging installs. This makes things even more difficult when you cant back up from iCloud on the same device. So far this year we have deployed 250 iPads in our school and have had to reset nearly half of them. We are using managed Apple IDS/Managed Devices
If anyone has any more specific information other then "We are working on it" I would greatly appreciate any information.
