Big Sur - Latest version of Jamf Pro
We are looking to setup our student laptops this summer, hopefully automated as much as possible. I have some of it working and working well, but am hung up on the account setup screens that we still get even with Auto Advanced enabled - more on this later
- Computer wiped
- Computer is in prestage enrollment for a school
- Computer gets enrolled, bound to AD
- AD Accounts are automatically created for each grade and their login badges (pictures) are set by policy / script
All that works amazing, but I still have to login to each account to clear the setup screens - Accessibility, Touch ID, Change your look, iCloud etc.
I just got off the phone with Support, the Auto advance only works on accounts created during the prestage enrollment, not after the fact.
Anybody know of a way to by pass these setup screens any other way? Anybody have a hack that I can use that when creating the accounts to set it to skip the setup, or after the fact, a script that sets it so the computer thinks that the setup has already taken place etc?
