We just finished our Jump Start with JAMF last week and are in the process of enrolling our devices.
Our iPhones were all eligible for DEP so we need to wipe employees' iPhones in order to get the supervised DEP enrollment going. Some employees have expressed concern over the possibility of losing voicemails and messages when we erase their iPhones.
If we backup their phones to iCloud, will JAMF allow the voicemails and messages to be restored after they are enrolled in JAMF supervised mode?
Is it possible to ensure they do not lose these messages?

you could use iExplorer and export the voicemail from the phone.

Thanks @Felipe.hernandez
Is there any way to do this for the voicemail and messages using the native applications?

You can restore all of that, just not to the same unique device that the backup comes from—otherwise previous MDM enrollment and supervision state will follow.
You can get around that by having your users trade devices (bringing their sim cards with them) or using an intermediary device to restore, re-backup and restore back to (back up A, restore to B; back up B, restore to A).
