http distribution point error - windows server

I'm still testing the distribution points I've built out on Windows VMs around the world. Finally have some Macs that I'm testing on the other side of the world....

The issue is I had is a package I pushed failed using http distribution from one site. I've turned off http distributions, and smb is working fine at the site. It is not the usual problem as the symlink in /Program Files (x86)/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/htdocs/CasperShare does open the folder D:/CasperShare

I was able to test another of my sites yesterday and pushed a package and http downloads worked just fine. I built the sites the same way after the server team prepped the VMs...

Any hints as to what I might not be seeing?

Thanks in advance.

Well, thanks to the folks at JAMF... They recommended I give everyone read access to the CasperShare and that did the job. Still wondering why my other sites work without that...
