I have started seeing the current users name above the "Categories" field in Self Service.

I made no conscious effort to make this happen. It started to appear so now I want to know more about what I did to make it happen and how I can take advantage of it in the future. Thanks.

Adding to kyoung's observation...sometimes instead of username I would see "wtmp" at the same spot. Any ideas what that wtmp is and how to fix that ?
