Hi to all...
I have been doing some dev on our casper 9 server. All the testing works fine on 1-2 computers at the same time. We already have policies running on our 400 or so mac, no errors.
I came down to test our new image and configuration on a full lab of 25 machines. First time with 25 machines on that new server. We tested this lab with the last version 8.73 back in january and it all worked fine...
Now comes the problems...
I started our 25 machines on net boot... they all net booted.... i think...
Then they all failed on applying our image. They fail at the beginning of the image, then they copied all the packages locally as per my configurations in casper admin. Then reboot to nothing since the hdd has been formatted and not reinstalled properly.
Here is the error im getting in the logs history of each failed computers : Error: The package is not available on the selected distribution point.
Here is the info of our network and server...
Server :
New Mac Pro
32gb RAM
SAN SMB Share pluged on fiber adapter
network speed stack ; 1GB
Clients:
Brand new imac
network speed : 100mb
Casper : 9.31
Workflow :
Erase HDD
install base image (fails)
copy locally all packages to be installed at first boot
Again, all this workflow works fine on 1 or 2 computers at the same time... we tried 5 at the same time... they all failed...

Do you have multiple Distribution Points? If not, do you have diskless booting checked?? Have you tried forcing AFP/SMB? What are your troubleshooting steps so far?
