Inapp purchases

Kindergarten has requested apps – all free. Two most popular are Starfall and ABCya – they use A LOT.

There is no paid version in VPP that I can find, for either app. But, when the kids use them, they can only go so far in the app and it asks them to buy it. How do we do that? Or does it mean we really can’t because the app isn’t developed for that type of distribution?

As far as I know, in-app purchases are not supported by VPP. Your best bet would be to pre-buy the content, or to see if there is some kind of subscription you can buy elsewhere (like getting Evernote, or Office).

In-app purchased are definitely not supported by VPP. A lot of apps that include in-app purchases have VPP only versions that include all the content, but there are still plenty that don't. Unfortunately your only real option is to get in touch with the developer, but I would be extremely surprised if you even get a response from the dev.
