We have a steady flow of users with existing and newly enrolled devices who, when trying to download/install an app from self service get the error 'Unable to connect to server - Retry' - We have the app store disabled for end users so SS is the only means for them to get apps. This is for cloud hosted Jamf Pro - Factory reset is not ideal for obvious reasons. These are one to one devices/phones.
I've read through similar posts but am not seeing any real 'aha' moments.

If this is cloud hosted you should open a Jamf Support Case.
