Install Mojave self service quit all apps

I tested catalina one touch deployment in self service using the -'quitallapps in the command
And it reboots with no problems.

But with mojave not having the -quitallapps the self service policy looks to get stuck because self service stays open, how can i force self service to quit on its own to have the computer reboot and continue on with the installation?
