Some students recently approached IT support office in relation to a weird problem. The iPad has Internet connection active via profiles but the iPad was unable to connect to the Internet at school only. When we asked some students to update their ipads at home then it was fixed next day school. However, some ipads were not fixed and then we had to connect them from another SSID (manually) and then from JSS moved them to a different department which changed the profiles and then connected them back to students department. The latest iOS they updated to was 8.4.1.
Did anyone else noticed this issue or is there something wrong with our network though we use Meraki.
