Internet Recovery with APFS disabled

Dear Community Members,

is there a way to install a Mac, via Internet Recovery, but without the Conversion of the Flash Drive to APFS - because we need to use Deep Freeze for Mac & it does not support the new File System.

Also is there a Script I can run, that prevents any (Combo-) Updates from enabling Core Storage on a Drive?

    Good question... I know that when installing locally I use the terminal to install macOS without converting to APFS -

    /Applications/Install macOS High Sierra.app/Contents/Resources/startosinstall --applicationpath /Applications/Install macOS High Sierra.app --agreetolicense --converttoapfs NO --nointeraction
