Invalid Profile After Remote Management is initiated

This just started happening last week. Wipe an iPad, start the DEP/setup process and get to the Remote Management screen. It goes past the screen fine>LDAP account sign-in screen, fine> Profile Installation screen fails with "Invalid Profile"

Never had it fail 1/2 way thru the DEP process.

I have tried:
new prestage
reboot primary server
refresh token on DEP instance

Anyone else seeing this? Any ideas?

We had duplicate users in our JSS system. So when the "Network" Authentication part of the prestage happened it didn't know which user to pick and bombed out of the whole process. I just deleted the users without a Roster entry and enrollments started working again.
