Hello,
I am having an issue where my IOS devices (phones and iPads) are not updating inventory or updating any commands. All of my Macs however are running inventory just fine. Most devices stopped doing inventory roughly a week ago however a handful continued for a few more days, and one single iphone ran inventory yesterday. I updated our on-premise jamf server, but this has not fixed anything. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you,

Did you notice anything under the failed commands?
Were there any recent changes made by another admin to the Mobile Device Inventory Collection settings under Settings > Device Management > Inventory Collection > Inventory Collection Frequency?
Tuesday
I'm having the same issue, we had around 30 devices which stopped updating on 2nd July 2024 then another 30 the day after then several others in the following 10 days
There is some form of inventory check, some devices are showing as iOS 18.3.2 but last check in date was 03/07/2024, other devices which are known to be running 18.3.2 are showing as 16.6 or similar. This is not ideal when trying to keep track of supported devices
The inventory collection frequency is set to every day and this hasn't ever changed
Under management > update inventory, this command does nothing, the history shows it checks every day with no failed commands
Is there still no option to run an inventory update similar to sudo jamf recon?
thanks
