iPad Not taking name from self enrollment.

I have rolled out 25 new iPads. 24 of them worked fine and 1 would not so I self enrolled it. It has taken all settings but the name change. Any ideas?

Being able to set the name is available on supervised devices in iOS. Using self enrollment means the device is managed, not supervised, so the JSS can't set the name.

If i set the name manually on the iPad will it change in Jamf?

Yes, manually set the name on the device, then leave it plugged in within reach of WiFi and request an inventory update on the JSS.
