Is it possible to make it so that DEP enabled iPads do not need a password to unlock the screen. The iPads are only being used to control video conferences in our conference rooms. They do not leave the room. So we would like to make it so they do not lock at all.

In Restrictions you can disable the ability to change the lock screen pass code, so if there is no pass code on the device users are not able to add one to it.
Edit: Restrictions in your JSS, not on the iPad.

Thank you!! Okay so is there away to change all currently deployed iPads from having a password to not having a password without individually walking around and doing it?

Sure, you can pull your conference room iPads into a search and then click "action > send remote commands > clear passcode. Then scope them into your JSS profile disallowing setting a passcode.
