Ipad will not wipe

Any ideas as to why an ipad will not wipe?

What error are you getting? Or what exactly is it doing when you say it won't wipe? You could also try hooking it up to a Mac, using Apple Configurator, right-click on the device and choose "Restore". I hope that helps!
