I have 2 issues that I think have the same root cause.
I enabled Lost Mode on an iPod and is now in lost mode. I have sent the 'found' command but the device doesn't seem to be connecting to the WiFi network to receive the message.
Also I have a iPad that the teacher forgot the unlock code for, again it isn't displaying that it is connected to the network and therefor the change passcode command isn't being received.
