is there a bash script that can be used in a plist/launchdaemon for automating homepage settings? to automate means to set my company's website as homepage always.

One script? Probably not. Every browser has a different method for doing this.

For Firefox, look into their new policies.json file.

For Chrome, look at setting the HomepageLocation key in ~/Library/Preferences/com.google.Chrome.plist

For Safari, look at setting the HomePage key in ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist
