I am wondering how you got your dashboard to sort alphabetically.  Mine will do it some times but not always.

I don't know ! it just started working after the upgrade. (currently on  10.34.2-t1639688617 -- I don't remember which upgrade fixed the dashboard sort, that was a few years ago already)
