JAMF/Apple training needed in Philadelphia

We have 6 (or more) people in our teams who need to get JAMF training (CCT*/CCA/CCE/CJA) and Apple training (ACSP/ACTC) in the coming months.

Currently JAMF offers Casper training in a bunch of different cities, unfortunately none are in the Philadelphia area:

And currently JAMF offers Apple training only in Minneapolis, MN:

We would love to go to JAMF for our training needs, however at the current time it is more cost effective and convenient to send our Philadelphia team members who need Apple training to Future Media Concepts (fmctraining.com):

I'm hoping there are folks on JAMF Nation based in the Philadelphia area who would also like to get local training on both JAMF and Apple stuff.

I really really wish JAMF did Apple training in Austin. Please have Apple training happen in Austin!

in NY also, it sucks that everyone would have to travel all the way to Minnesota for Apple training through JAMF.

I went to Washington DC for my ACSP a few months ago, and I have ACTC on my list for early 2015.

Training Pass is awesome (pays for itself in no time), but sometimes the math doesn't add up if you have to travel far for training.

There was a JUC in Philadelphia, at an Apple office...would be nice if JAMF can train us there. :)

I'm trying to sell my employer on getting a Training Pass for us next year… if we could do Apple training here JAMF would definitely get our money.

@donmontalvo For a single given course, if we can find 8 or 10 commitments; JAMF will come and train. And I think there's a benefit to host also.

However, if your staff is operating under the training pass-- that wouldn't work I suppose since that program limits to one person per class per day.

Yep, huge benefit to having Training Pass, but yea some drawbacks.

Thank you for the feedback and requests. In regards to JAMF Software hosting Apple Certified classes in Minneapolis, the JAMF Software office in Minneapolis is our Apple Authorized Training Center and we can only offer public courses at our AATC.

As /url">@dpertschi][/url was mentioning we can always do private courses for customers at their site. If you'd like more information about private courses feel free to let us know, also general information can be found here:

The company I work for, Edu-Tech Academic Solutions http://www.edu-tech.com, tried to offer JAMF training in Philadelphia last year; unfortunately, the interest was low and we had to cancel it. I'm a certified JAMF integrator but in order for me to get into a CCA/CMA course during a time that would work for me I had to go to Atlanta last year, so I feel your pain!

If you can get a group together (10-15)we would have no problem offering the training at our facility. If you're a member of an independent school you can even get a discount!

If anyone is interested, please contact me and we can try to put something together with our JAMF reps for the near future.

FYI: Edu-Tech also offers other types of training, you can see a list of it here. We've done Apple Technical Training in the past and can definitely do that as well.
