Jamf capabilities similar to Centrify

Hey all,

Looking for existing capabilities Jamf has that are similar to Centrify. We are wanting to lock users AD accounts if they have not done their time. Also, is there a way to notify the user via login screen if they are locked out of their account/display a message to them why.

Barking up the wrong tree I'm afraid. I think you probably COULD do most of that via Jamf, but none of that is built-in, you'd basically be writing shell scripts and all of the logic in the background, and only using Jamf to manage those scripts. Not the 1st tool I'd think of for that.

FWIW, we use Centrify as well (smartcard/PIV authentication), but tend to keep the functions separate.

@mcannon you might have some luck using a tool like Enterprise Connect or NoMAD in conjunction with Jamf to get somewhat close to what you are trying to accomplish.
