Hey everyone,
I got this issue that is driving me up the wall.
Have a machine that was enrolled in Jamf. Then it was removed and we set it up again, but the Screen Saver "Start after:" menu is still greyed out.
We have that menu restricted in our Jamf, but I don't get why it's still sticking on this machine and/or how to I get that menu working again.
I REALLY need to figure this out!
Any help is greatly apprecaited!

If it was enrolled in DEP and your policies are set via pre-stage, you may need to wipe the computer as those settings cant be changed after the fact if memory serves me correct.

HOW was it set? Config policy? Script?
I mean... if you use a script to do a "defaults write", and then remove it from Jamf, that plist doesn't get "unwritten". We need to know HOW you set the restriction before we can really tell you how to remove it.
