I was actually going to ask this same question. One of my coworkers can't go to JNUC but would want to check out some of the sessions. I was planning on bringing a video camera and asking the presenter if he/she would mind me recording the session for my coworker.

For those of you presenting (and/or at JAMF) do you allow us to bring video recording devices to record the sessions? Or as ClassicII requested will JAMF be recording any of them?

Its good to see the great response on this!!!

I am wondering if this might have to be a group effort. The information is too valuable not to be documented or recorded for others!

Its a great idea, but if my memory serves, I think the Guthrie Theater has some kind of restrictions on capturing video of any conferences? Either they don't allow it, or they require some kind of hefty fees to allow it, or something to that effect. I seem to recall that being mentioned somewhere regarding the last NUC, but it would be good to get some official word from JAMF about this, as we're now 1 week out from the conference.

Hi everyone,
We just received confirmation that we are able to record the sessions on the Wurtele Thrust stage, including the two keynotes! (The other stages and classrooms will not be recorded.) Videos of the sessions from the Wurtele Thrust stage should be posted a few weeks after the event.

Hope this helps as you plan your schedule and see you next week!

Great!
I've been catching up on #JNUC at Twitter and now I'll cry myself to sleep over not being able to attend.
Can't wait for the videos...

Hi everyone,
We just posted the full, 90 minute Casper Suite 9.0 preview video from the JNUC! You can check it out here: http://www.jamfsoftware.com/news/2012/11/26/casper-suite-9-preview/.

Also, we know there is lots of interest in the rest of the session videos, and I'm happy to report that we are beginning to post them now. The next video should be online later this week, with the others rolling out over the following weeks. In total there is over 15 hours of video, which should help fill the lunch hours and train/bus commutes through the end of the year.

Once the sessions are up, we hope the discussions can continue in the session threads on JAMF Nation. The threads are still being monitored, and if watching the video sparks another question or idea, let everyone know!
