Hey Jamf Nation! Did you know it’s difficult to prove to auditors that someone has received an email notifying them about a maintenance window? Well, our compliance guy does and he says we need to post this. So, for those who did not receive the upgrade schedule via email, we are also posting it here on Jamf Nation. Oh, and we will be doing this for all future release too. Here you go!
Jamf Pro 10.4.1 Cloud Upgrade Notice
Jamf is committed to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when it becomes enforceable on May 25, 2018. Jamf is also committed to ensuring our products help you comply with applicable GDPR requirements. The Jamf Pro 10.4.1 supplemental release will enable you to easily comply with “right of access” and “right to be forgotten” requests by removing personal data.
Jamf Pro Servers hosted in Jamf Cloud will be updated to the GDPR supplemental release of 10.4.1 based on data region:
- ap-northeast-1: From 5/18 at 1400 UTC to 5/18 at 1800 UTC
- ap-southeast-2: From 5/18 at 1500 UTC to 5/18 at 1900 UTC
- eu-central-1: From 5/18 at 2200 UTC to 5/19 at 0300 UTC
- us-east-1: From 5/19 at 0500 UTC to 5/19 at 1500 UTC

If you would like to upgrade earlier, please contact your Account Representative at success@jamf.com to schedule your upgrade. You should plan for 24-48 hours notice when requesting your upgrade. New versions of the Jamf Pro apps are available for download on Jamf Nation in the "My Assets" section.
