Devices are connected to pro and are showing managed and are showing correct profiles, etc.
We get two different error messages:
Self serv is a component of jamf pro developed by jamf, this app must be associated with a jamf pro server
and
Profile installation failed. the SCEP server returned an invalid response

We had similar comms issues since going to iOS 18. Do you push out trusted certificates, e.g. JSS self signed (Settings, About, Certificate Trust Settings)? Our trusted root certificates are disappearing when we push 18 on some devices - this was the cause of the communications failure in our case. The only way to get them back is to re-enrol (ticket also open with Jamf Support). Might be the same with yourselves - without the trusted root certificates the self service app does not recognise the device as authorised.
