I've upgraded my JSS on Windows to 10.9 and am trying to setup automatic database backups using the new Jamf Pro Server Tools. But when I do a test connection to the database I'm getting the following error:
Error 1045: Access denied for user 'jamfsoftware'@'localhost' (using password: NO).
I have a password entered in the Database Password field and I know it works as I've just tested it using mysql.exe in the CLI.
Any ideas?

I am encountering this same issue. Did you find a solution, @sedwards ?

Have you tried including the entire path to the tools & running Command Prompt as Administrator?
Ex:
C:Program FilesJSSinjamf-pro config list or cd C:Program FilesJSSin jamf-pro config list

*Article isn't directly related but helped me with the initial setup.
