Jamf Remote to Big Sur

Seems after the user updates to big sur we can no longer remote into macs.

Any idea?

FWIW, I can. Do you have an error message or anything like that? Also, what are your versions of JAMF software?

but nothing happens when i use jamf remote..

I tried using VNC Command through connect to server also no connection at all

OK. This looks like the list of steps when JAMF Remote runs a policy, not screen sharing. Do you have a list or log of that? Also, am I wrong about what you've listed here?

Can you verify the version of JAMF Remote you're using? Something is very off here. Those messages indicate that it's not even trying to screen share. Not sure how the VNC command works through the Connect to Server interface. Can you use the Screen Sharing app to connect to a remote machine?
