Jamf Simulator for Jamf 100

I'm currently working on the Jamf 100 course.  Is there a simulator I can use to do the practice sections on Section 3 Lessons 19-21?

Should I start a free 30-day trial of Jamf pro to use the Jamf Pro test environment where I can test and experiment Jamf Pro?
