Java 7 Update 25 Install

Im trying to install java 7 update 25 on osx 10.8 using casper policy and casper imaging. Every way I try to install this doesn't seem to work and java applets say that I need to install java. I have tried pulling the oem package out of the dmg and installing this. I have tried using composer. How have others installed java using casper

I just pulled the package out of the DMG from Oracle and dropped it into Casper Admin. I made sure to click the checkbox for "must be installed at imaging time". Works for me.

FYI I have also found that if you don't install Java 6 on a 10.8 system (just install Java 7) users will still get the "You need to install Java" prompt for local Java apps. This is an issue with the app being marked as requiring Java and the OS only knowing how to launch Java 6.
