JDS, What is stuck "Waiting"

The root JDS has since the beginning always had 1 package that is stuck in the waiting to transfer. Is their a way to see what package it is hung up on? The logs for the JDS do not show anything and the two places the JDS moves files into are empty.

/Library/JSS/tomcat/temp/JSS/

and the

mysql table downloadable_file_chunk_data

are both cleared.

JDS Root running on mini late 2012 10.10.4 with Server app 4.1.3

Did you happen to have a large file such as a OS/Package uploaded recently? Might check those to see if they are causing the issues.

Nope no large packages stuck. Both places where they sit before being transferred over are clear.
