I've been attending and presenting at tech conferences for over a decade now, and I've seen a lot of things change in technology over this time. What I'm often asked though, is what more could we be doing to make a change in the diversity we see in our technical community. I’m so proud to work for a company that not only recognizes the strengths diversity brings to the community, but is also actively fostering this with many initiatives, including this sponsorship, and I look forward to welcoming you all to JNUC again this year.
