We have seen this time out issue recently.
We couldn't connect to JSS via Casper Admin or Casper Imaging app for few hours and it gave this error message "Connection timed out while connecting to https://mycompanyjss:8443, Check your network connection and try again"

But we were able to connect to JSS via web browsers.
Everything seems to be OK now. But we have seen this issue twice and want to find out what's causing it.
Has anyone else seen this issue before?

I think a few others running 8.62 have been seeing this issue. I believe they switched to port 9006 when using Casper Imaging.

@kumarasinghe Yep, this reminds me I have to update our NetBoot image so Casper Imaging uses the right URL:port.
I loathe Java.
