Kernel Panic with Sierra

Hello,

everytime I try to boot from an Image on a Mid '14 MacBook Pro I get following error:

imageboot_mount_image: di_root_image failed: 110 ...

I already deleted everything and setup a fresh install of the server (Mac Mini Late '14) with recent updates and created a fresh netboot Image with the System-Image-Utility app based on the sierra installer from the app store.

The Image is shared over HTTP because on every connect over nfs I get a kernel panic with the message: NFS mount failed with error 50 ...

One problem is that I cannot discover the Images in the startup volume settings page. I need to boot with the n-key down and connect to wifi.

Maybe someone has some advice?

Excuse my bad english I'm not a native speaker.
