hi guys, for keynote 5.x we had a policy which published every week the newest company-theme.
now with keynote 6 i have several problems with that. the folder seems to be changed. it's not anymore the folder /Users/username/Library/Application Support/iWork/Keynote/Themes..
Now it seems to be /Users/username/Library/Containers/com.apple.iWork.Keynote/Data/Library/Application Support/User Templates/
But: When I copy a File to this folder, they are not listed in the themes preview in keynote. i have to doubleclick each theme an click on "add to my themes"..
does anybody distribute themes for keynote6?

How are you distributing these themes? Are you creating a Composer package and dropping them? Are you using Packages to create the PKG file to install the themes?
I just tried on my machine by dragging and dropping a theme into the User Templates folder in Containers, and the theme came up fine.
I would double check the permissions on the themes after you've dropped them in. I've seen problems where items dropped into the Containers folder have the wrong permissions (usually root or admin) and that causes them not to be seen.
