Language Chooser at firstboot

has anybody figured out how to get Language chooser to run at firstboot on 10.8? it seems hard coded from the Installer

firstboot after imaging? or first boot out of the box?
if you're talking about after imaging, then

defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow showInputMenu -bool YES

will do it.
