I tried scoping a self service package to our 'Employees' group only to find the group names blank.
What shows up in the JSS when searching "Employee": Six blank groups
What shows up in Active Directory when searching "Employee": An organization and a group.

Hi,
I am having the exact same issue. I am wondering whether it is down to the mappings in the LDAP connection settings:
Management Settings > System Settings > LDAP Servers > your Server > Mappings > User Group Mappings
I have tried setting group name to "name", "sAMAccountName" and "cn" but none seem to work as hoped.
I have a ticket open with JAMF so if I hear anything back on the cause of this, I will let you know.

@davidprince9 Completely forgot about this! Call JAMF and they were able to help me.

You're a star! Thanks a lot for the screenshots. It was down to the lack of the uSNCreated mapping on our JSS.
Put that in and it's now reporting back perfectly!
