I am relatively new to JAMF, so please pardon the ignarance.
We have been trying to set up what we call a "whitelist". This is a list of about 15-20 websites that we can explicitly allow for students who are on disciplinary action.
I have found the place in JAMF where Parental Controls can do this under Configuration Profiles. However, this seems to be rather "Quirky". When we set up the profile, it seems that everything gets blocked. When we try to change the profile and redeploy, the changes do not take effect. When we delete the profile from the machine, and try to redeploy it, we can see the profile, but the changes do not seem to take effect.
What are we doing wrong? Is there a different way to deploy these settings?
