live server broken

Help?

My live server will not image,

All the packages were taken off the test server which works fine, both are 6.01 versions and setup alike

The test server works fine but the live doesnt, the Live server just zips through all the packages without installing any, it doesnt run any scripts or any block copy,

any ideas as to whats wrong? it looks like maybe a permissions issue on the share?
