Local Login Require Password then Biometrics (Touch ID)

We want to use this as a form of 2FA when logging in locally. Any ideas?

At the moment this isn’t something that is possible (I’m guessing you mean enforcing) as Apple designed it a utility so you don’t have to enter in your password. I think you would need to log a case with Apple Enterprise Support and ask them to log it as feature request.
