Hello all,
For years we've used Undercover on our 1500 Macbook Airs.
From what Undercover just told me when we were trying to purchase more license, they're shutting down after 2019.
So my question is, what tracking software does everyone use?
Undercover can be activated remotely to "take screenshots", "log keystrokes", and give location.
Thanks in advance for your help.

At a previous company I worked for we used Absolute

I don't have an alternate suggestion, just a warning that a lot of these "tracking" security products will display PPPC permission dialogs to the thief asking for permission to use the camera or microphone in Mojave (and later). So... just something to keep in mind, b/c it's not worth the money if the person who stole your laptop can just click "Don't Allow" to the app requesting access to camera/mic. Screenshots and keystroke logging will also come under PPPC permission pop-ups in Catalina, as well.

I wonder if that is why Undercover is shutting down.
What do you use when a student/employee reports their Mac is lost?
