I have someone here who wants to play a Keynote in Kiosk Mode. I know I can use Guided Access to lock the iPad down to a given app, but I also want to lock it down such that the iPad can only play this one Keynote file. Is there a way for me to do this in Jamf?

Use Safari in single app mode and allow only the URL to the keynote file. Be careful with Wifi profiles, they can be a dangerous trap. And it's a good idea to allow the pairing to a Mac, so if the iPad loses the WiFi you can connect it to the Mac and share its network. Otherwise you will need a full restore (very lengthy) via Apple Configurator in case the iPad loses Wifi (been there, done that...many times).
