Locking phone with Single app mode?

Since we can not lock a phone or iPad like we can lock a computer. I was thinking if there was a way to lock it to Pages.app and open to a Document that states "Please return to "XXXXXXXXXX" Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

You can lock an iPhone or iPad as long as it is supervised. You cannot use single app mode unless it is supervised as well.

Are these BYOD?
