Hoping others can validate this, but seemingly after the Mojave 2020-005 security update, users login keychain is getting reset. No prompts are presented to the user.
These users are currently on Mojave 10.14.6 and installed the security update 2020-005 on October 2nd (after the re-release). They also have NoMAD (1.2.0) installed so we’re assuming there is a NoMAD play here.
