Looking to restrict non domain logins on a Chrome browser.

Hey everyone, long time lurker, first time poster. I was wondering if there was anyway to restrict logins on Chrome to just a certain domain. So, say I want the only sign ins on our Chrome browsers to be from our school district, and not a students personal account, how would I go about that? We have it on the windows side using group policy. I'm using JSS, but I can't find a way to complete this task with it. We have a mac lab that a lot of the kids have added VPN extensions to their personal account and we're looking to just have them stick to their school issued accounts. The one thing I was pointed to was changing the Chrome Manifest file, but to be honest, I'm not sure what to change. Judging from the Policy List what I'm looking for is RestrictSigninToPattern. I found it in the plist file, but not sure how to edit it in a way that only a set domain would be able to log in. The section of the plist is the photo that I've attached.

If anyone out there can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking your time to read this and hope everyone has a good day!

PS: Is there anything you could recommend out there that I can read up on to better understand how to read something like this?
